(“Flightworks”), has successfully sold his shares in the Company to the remaining Shareholders of Flightworks located in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Beale founded Flightworks in 1994 as an aircraft management, charter and maintenance (MRO) company. During his tenure as CEO, he grew the company into one of the largest aircraft management companies and providers of fixed wing air lift support to federal, state, and local governments in the US. Mr. Beale has announced that he plans raise upwards of $100 million in private equity capital for the purposes of acquiring aviation businesses focused on logistics, MRO, managed services, and technical services.
